SO IT’S A RACE... TENT?

Yep. As we stripped away all the unnecessary bits and refined the shape and use of material, it occurred to us: the world’s lightest hardshell tent would be pretty legit for racing.

It would be like Volkswagen’s Beetle, which started out as an uncomplicated and dependable daily driver, and ended up becoming one of the winningest vehicles in Baja history. As our prototypes emerged, we knew what we needed to do. We bought a race truck and signed up for the Mexican 1000, seeking to make the SuperLite the winningest off-road race tent of all time.

The reason it works so well on the course is its ultra-light weight, which makes it ideal for vehicle handling. The absence of extra potentially breakable parts helps, as does the bombproof quick-connect system – both working together to make it extremely huckable. And in between race stages, the SuperLite offers a cozy interior with brainless setup and breakdown to keep drivers well rested and undistracted.

INSTALL IT BY YOURSELF
IN LESS THAN 3 MINUTES

At a feathery 80 pounds, the SuperLite is the first rooftop tent you’d even consider installing by yourself. Without, like, a crane. Which is sweet, because with traditional rooftop tents, the install and removal process is such a hassle that nobody ever takes them off. Those old dinosaurs end up eating all your rack space, turning your daily driver into a pile you can’t haul gear with or park in a garage.

The SuperLite changes all that. It’s so easy to add and remove that you can pop it off whenever you want. And at 6” thick, it takes up hardly more space than that card table in your garage.

And when you get a wild hair on a Wednesday to take the rest of the week off, just toss it on your roof, adjust the quick-connect system, and start making dust trails.

LIGHTNESS YOU CAN FEEL
THROUGH THE WHEEL

Once you punch the escape button, you may not even notice it up there. We don’t on our race truck – and that’s the point. With less weight up top, you get a lower center of gravity, reducing body roll and improving driving dynamics. No other roof tent lets you drift through turns like the SuperLite.

JUMPABILITY INDEX:
EXTREMELY HUCKABLE

Are you silly? We’re still gonna send it. Like all GFC products, it’s made to be jumped, thrown sideways and generally beat on in the dirt.

BRING A FRIEND
IT’S COMFY UP HERE

The SuperLite may look all hard and compact when it's closed up. But pop it open and you’ll find 50” x 90” of cozy sleeping space with a cavernous 44” of headroom. A full surround of panoramic windows delivers the views, while full mesh sides keep the bugs out. It really is the perfect camp hangout space, no matter where you park it.

At lights out, the optional Crash Pad Mattress gives you, your plus one, and even your dog the right balance of softness and support for a restful night’s sleep. If a storm blows in, the hardroof seals out rain, while the corner stay design reduces wind noise.

SHUT UP (THE TENT)
AND DRIVE

Even if it’s cold out, breaking camp takes seconds. There’s no winding a crank, folding a tent, or trying to stuff impossibly stiff fabric. Just pull the corner stays, zip it closed, and drive.

The race-ready SuperLite makes it faster, easier, and more affordable than ever to get really out there. Which means you’re running thin on excuses for staying stuck at home. Are you ready?
